All proteins are freshly seared, expertly carved, and served individually by the chef.
The base price for the Coastal California Carving & Salad Experience is $28.95 per guest, plus the cost of selected proteins.
A 25-guest minimum applies for weekday events, and a 35-guest minimum applies for weekend events.
Guests enjoy an elegant chef-attended carving table, where selected proteins are expertly carved to order and individually served by the chef.
