All Packages Include

Appropriate food service time, professional chef preparing breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner for your guests onsite at your event, Plates, napkins and utensils (cups if we are serving beverages).

A 25% service fee is added to all invoices and will be included in all prices quoted. Gratuity is not included and while not expected, gratuities are much appreciated.

  • The chef will arrive approximately one hour before serving to set up.
  • All packages include 1 hour and 30 minutes of food service time for parties of up to 40 guests. 40-59 guests include 1 hour and 45 minutes of food service and parties with 60-75 guests include 2 hours of food service and 76-100 guests include 2 hours and 30 minutes of service time, More than 100 guests will be determined by the Chef.
  • The chef brings tables to serve from but will need access to a dependable electrical outlet for waffle and coffee makers. The Chef will sometimes need access to a kitchen to boil water for our chafing dishes.
  • Extended food service time is $100 per hour and $50 per half hour.
  • $40.00 an hour per waiter/waitress for minimum of two hours
  • Extended time is $70 per extra half an hour

When available, we can provide someone to clean dishes and kitchen to provide a stress free event, allowing you to have more time to enjoy your event. The cleaning is done during and right after the event. $50.00 an hour for minimum of 3 hours.

  • Calculated from our location in Buena Park, CA. No travel charge anywhere in Orange County
  • More than 15 miles from our location and/or more than 45 minutes to location, please inquire about possible travel fee
  • Travel over 100 miles is at our discretion
  • The customer must give no less than 3 days notice before the date of the venue for any changes to date, time, venue, headcount, etc.
  • Sales tax plus service fee (25%) are not included in the base price of the packages and any add ons, extras but are calculated in the final price shown on our contracts. Gratuities are not included on invoices or contracts.
  • Cash, Credit cards, Venmo, Paypal, corporate checks are accepted.
  • 25% deposit is required to hold date. Your date is not reserved until the deposit is received.
  • Total amount is due 5 days before the event. Invoice for the final amount will be sent 5 to 7 days before the event and headcount can be adjusted at that time if needed.
  • Early bookings recommended to ensure desired date.
  • A 25% deposit required a minimum of 10 days before scheduled event.
  • If you need to cancel an event, 7 days or more notice must be given and your deposit will be returned. If less than 7 days notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
  • We do take last minute bookings if available! If you book an event with less than 10 days until the event, the full invoice must be paid within 48 hours.
  • An event is not considered confirmed until deposit or full invoice is paid.

*Catering service is not intended as an all you can eat. Chef prepares ingredients and food for guests accounted for in head count as well as a bit extra just in case.

  • It is common practice for catering companies to charge a service fee. Service fees cover the other costs associated with running and maintaining a catering business such as transportation costs, equipment costs and maintenance, staff costs, administrative costs, laundry, set up and take down and clean up before, during and after event, time spent prepping and planning the event, utilities, office supplies, kitchen rental, etc.
  • The service fee is NOT a gratuity. Gratuities are not added to your invoice. They are completely optional and not expected but always graciously accepted and appreciated.
  • We always send our clients a quote which includes all costs to the client and that quote is what we put on our invoice. Any changes made to the final balance is always made with the client’s consent and is usually because of headcount changes and/or menu changes.
  • We are very up front about our pricing and unlike other catering companies, you do not have to contact us to see what we charge.
  • We must charge sales tax, that is a California requirement of doing business.
